Hey, we're Tyson and Sarah Horne
Deep roots in farming and dairy farming has taught us that land isn’t just something you own—it’s something you care for, respect, and cultivate.
That’s why we do things differently.
We understand that selling land is rarely just a transaction. Plans change. Families grow. Priorities shift. And sometimes, the right next step is letting go of land that once held a different purpose.
We’re a small, hands-on land investment and development group focused on creating win-win solutions. That means fair offers, honest conversations, and developments that actually respect the land they come from---honestly, we don’t love seeing farmland disappear but know there is a time and a place and we’re here to hopefully create something thoughtful when it's time for that to happen—We focus on projects that blend usability, and the natural beauty of the landscapes—creating spaces that people can truly enjoy, not just occupy.
At the end of the day, we’re here to make the process simple, honest, and grounded in values that still matter.
